Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

London Handel Festival

1. General

By purchasing a ticket for a London Handel Festival event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Ticket Sales

All tickets are sold subject to availability. A contract is formed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We are unable to offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

Illness or injury

Travel disruption

Personal circumstances

Changes in personal availability

Please check your booking carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Event Cancellation

In the event that a performance is cancelled by the London Handel Festival (the promoter), ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The London Handel Festival does not accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders, including (but not limited to) travel, accommodation, hospitality, or other related expenses.

5. Changes to Programme or Casting

The London Handel Festival reserves the right to make changes to programmes, artists, repertoire, venues, or performance timings where necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund and will be decided by the discretion of the London Handel Festival. 

6. Admission

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, if at all. Admission is at the discretion of venue management.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
