Lunchtime at the Charterhouse: Ensemble Théodora
Overview
Ensemble Théodora is one of the most exciting early music groups to have emerged in recent years. They make their London Handel Festival debut with Brich mein Hertz, an intimate and reflective programme that explores the musical landscape of Lent through composers from across Europe. Some of the period’s most emotive sacred arias are interwoven with a selection of remarkable instrumental works.
